The Bellissima stores in B.C. (except Kelowna) and the Bellissima stores in other parts of Western Canada operate as two separate companies. The Bellissima B.C. company opened the first Bellissima store in September 1986, and the physical space will continue to operate as Bellissima. As both companies have their own collections, to help differentiate between the two when shopping online, BellissimaWest.com was created as the online retailer for the B.C. company.

Orders are being processed through our Vancouver, B.C. warehouse within 5-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a Canada Post or Loomis-Express tracking number and you can follow the progress there. Allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to become live. Orders are being delivered within 1-2 weeks across Canada.
